Daniel was up in the attic replacing several components of my a/c system so I didn't talk to him much. When I did get to talk to him he did explain what he was doing and answered all my concerns. I requested he take photos of the completed work and he provided them, explaining exactly what he did.
So knowledgeable, friendly and I appreciate that the same tech comes each time. A relationship is established.
Reda Hamilou did such an amazing job with my unit. I recently received a quote from a competitor and my gut feeling was telling me that this competitor was not being honest and was trying to overcharge me and do it extra work that was not needed. Did an assessment and I did need some work, but it wasn’t as much as the competitor stated that’s why I would always call John Moore because they’re honest and they do great work
Frank completed the water heater flush very quickly! He checked all the connections and made sure everything was in working order.

Frank came in the evening, was on time and on Friday. He did a better than excellent job, insisted on cleaning up after he was done. A very nice person in that he explained everything as he did it and explained the expectations of the outcome. As a result of the visit I also subscribed to the service plan for my AC and hot water heater. I will not hesitate to call them again.
