Had the HVAC system serviced. The technician Raymond was very courteous and informative about the diagnostics performed. He showed photos and the ranges needed. I learned a lot and will continue with my annual service with Perfect Star moving forward.
Nick Prater and his junior personnel were both professional, nice and easy to work with. They did the job, gave me helpful tips for a mini split unit not part of the job and were thoughtful in how they navigated the house. Will be using this company again.

He was knowledgeable, thorough and answered all my questions Met with Gio today for my annual maintenance & checkup. He was punctual, professional and thorough. I have enjoyed this as well as my entire relationship with Perfect Star Met with Juan today - great experience ! He was on time (... actually a little early but the office alerted me ahead of time). Juan was very patient and listened while I tried to explain the issue. After a short while the problrm was resolve. He then walked me through what I could do if the problem re-occurred. Very respectful of our own and cleaned up after he was done. Another good experience with Perfect Star !
Raymond Today I receive services from Jesus. He was efficient and clearly knew what he was doing. After he was done he thoroughly explained what had been accomplished and what to expect. His excellent work led me to take out a maintenance contract and entrust you with my ongoing needs. Additionally, Ray came out on a follow-up visit to evaluate and resolve an advanced problem with my air conditioning unit. He, too, was everything that one wants in a technician who comes to your home: friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and communicative. In short, you have a great team!

A very professional company. Both Danny and Raymond came out and advised us on the problems that need addressing. They even pointed out all the things that were not to code by the other company that did the installation. We appreciated how they explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the issues.
My technician Marvic was very friendly and pleasant. He was efficient and thorough. He replaced a dual valve on the air conditioner outside to increase its lifespan and explained that it will be easier at startup so the unit will last longer.
Marvic I had an heating / air conditioning unit installed at my house a little over a year ago. Everything about the experience was great. Every technician has been fantastic. Most recently Marvic came out to do a repair. Incredibly knowledgeable and great at his job. I recommend this company to everyone I know that needs this type of work done.
