Had a great meeting with Ray to go over the options to replace our aging Furnace and Air Conditioner. Ray was very courteous and professional is assessing our requirements. He then explained in detail what the work would entail and answered all my questions to ensure I understood the work involved. I called Ray and he came the next day, went through the entire system, diagnosed the problems, corrected them and explained in very clear terms what he had done. Great Customer Service ! We discovered a gas leak in our furnace unit. PGE called; they don’t do repairs inside home. Plumber called; unable to fix because inside furnace. Finally, we located Perfect Star. In same day we called a technician was dispatched. Keon arrived timely. He came with booties for his shoes-very thoughtful. We explained the situation, then Keon quickly repaired the gas leak. He took many pictures of the furnace unit-all showing the wear/tear and the need to replace it. Keon also introduced Perfect Star maintenance plan-very reasonable benefits and cost. We highly recommend them for their professionalism and honesty. Update: Keon returned to service our equipment. He continues to be patient and courteous, answering all of my questions. I’m very happy with his work.

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Elvin, your HVAC tech. He's come by our condo twice now, and he's been seriously awesome. We've got a tricky condo setup for HVAC, and Elvin's been super patient, walking us through everything and making sure we actually understand what's going on. He's really taken the time to explain the best way to do things, instead of just rushing through it. That's a huge difference from the other companies we talked to! He's been really cool about it too, no pressure at all. Even though the price might be a bit more, we know he's giving us the best option for our money. A very professional company. Both Danny and Raymond came out and advised us on the problems that need addressing. They even pointed out all the things that were not to code by the other company that did the installation. We appreciated how they explained what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix the issues.
My technician Marvic was very friendly and pleasant. He was efficient and thorough. He replaced a dual valve on the air conditioner outside to increase its lifespan and explained that it will be easier at startup so the unit will last longer.
