We had a problem with no cooling on our upstairs unit . Called.for service from Chaffee Air at 6pm. Arranged for service between 1 a 2 pm on Wednesday at 12:30 received message from Devin with a picture of him and assurance that he would be on the way shortly. When he arrived introduced himself and got to work on our issue right away . Devin throughout kept us informed of his progress until our problem was resolved. I was impressed with his professionalism and concern for our property wearing shoe covers a keeping everything clean. Great Tech, nice manners, wonderful experience overall pleasure to work with!!
jeff Follinus came out and did a fine job for me. He convinced me to have sign up for yearly checkups. Hope I get Jeff next time too!
Heard about Chaffee on the Erik Ainge show. The technician (Jason) explained everything he was going to do and was very professional. We were pleased with the service and will use Chaffee going forward.

Johnathan When I bought my home, my HVA unit was a little over 30 years old. So I set out to get the best estimate for a whole new unit and Chaffee was well ahead of all the rest. I got a Train unit for several thousand dollars less than an offbrand would’ve cost from other HVA dealers. I’ve had my unit three years now and I’m so satisfied, Chaffee’s prices on spring and summer check ups are so reasonable and they’re always available when it’s convenient for me. Jonathan came out the other day and did my spring cleanup, and I couldn’t be happier with his advice and professionalism. In case you didn’t know, Chaffee also does plumbing. I’m scheduled to have my hot water heater flushed in about a week as part of the spring and fall, check up special for the HVA system. You just can’t beat Chaffee. I’ve gotten to know the owner at Chaffee pretty well. Veteran/Knoxville guy/UT grad/engineer! All starts at the top. John came out for our spring maintenance as a part of our VIP membership and was so thorough. He checked everything. Went in the attic, explained everything and even cleaned up the outside of our units at our house. He didn’t try to upsell me on things, just gave us the service and information we needed. He was super sweet to my wife Susan and even pet our dog hahaha. I couldn’t be happier with Chaffee. Glad we are VIP members!
