Patriot Plumbing, Heating and Cooling is awesome. Everybody did an excellent job. I have used Patriot for everything in the house. I had plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning work done. They all do a great job. Every person is very knowledgeable and professional. It’s the only company I have used and will use.
I had my furnace serviced today by Patriot Plumbing and Carlos did the work. He was very efficient and gave me some helpful hints. I have used Patriot Plumbing for several years and have never been disappointed.
Patriot employees are prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They were prepared to do the work I called to have estimated. One time I did need it done right away, and the other time I did not, but no one was pushy or pressuring. Customer service is always top notch. Update: We have had Patriot out several times in the 2 years we have lived here. We haven’t used them for every job we’ve had, because of money or emergency. Patriot does have a rep for being pricey, but I was needing an electrician for a small job and Patriot was the only business that was responsive and could give me an appointment within a week. And the guys who came by were excellent. I miss my Patriot people when we don’t hire them! And really, what they charged us was very reasonable. The service people always get five stars from me, at least so far, and my pug gives them five stars, too.
Biannual HVAC maintenance by Carlos completed today. Carlos was very professional, thorough, & courteous.
