Let me start with J&W are not a 5 star BUT A 10!!! I started using them years ago. I had the same technician 2x@year. Always on time, explained everything and very efficient. Scout. I felt like he was part of my family. Two days ago my unit died. In those two days, I dealt with numerous office staff. Leanne, Amber and others I can't remember everyone's name. They are all extremely kind, friendly and handle the situation ASAP. NO ANSWERING SERVICE. Real people being kind and helpful when you are in an emergency. The technicians. Wow. Jarrett Drake, Wally Eadeh, Jordan Bateman (installer) which was hand picked by Scott ( now a manger) saw to it everything went smoothly. Had things moving so quickly. They explained the issue, the financing arrangements, and the complete installation. This company knows more about their product and customer service then any I have dealt with in years. I selected J&W Heating and Air for several reasons. The first thing I noticed was the knowledge and detailed insight of the sales department, as well as the support of the management team when additional assistance was required. I listened to several local vendors and their proposals. J&W was the only vendor that upfront discussed the necessity of removing all tubing and in-ground connections within the garage, in the cement, and outside connections to the unit. To me, this was key. And by not doing this, it could possibly lead to future costly expenses. Family-owned and operated with a customer-first attitude. Pride in their work. Will sustain J&W to be the leader within this market.
