208.Properties have wonderfully managed my Boise single-family property since 2022. What’s more, they also manage my mom’s property in Kuna. I used to manage my property myself since 2016 and trust me when I say, I wish I hired 208.properties way sooner. I was the type of DIY real estate investor who had such a hard time delegating the management out to someone because I didn’t want to pay the fees and I’ve heard way too many property management horror stories. 208.properties has actually SAVED me money over the past 2 years. They helped me negotiate an amazing rental rate and when my rental leases lapsed, they filled it in WAY quicker than I ever could (also seriously, finding tenants is a nightmare - I wouldn’t wish that on anyone - flipping through 200 Facebook Marketplace messages in a week is not worth anyone’s time). The other thing is they manage the property very very well. Yes, it costs some money but you’re investing in the longevity of your property. I could NEVER maintain my place as well as they do. Seriously, every time I visit, it is spotless. And you get a yearly THOROUGH inspection to make sure things are all okay and no surprises. They’re the best. Also, I’ve since moved to the UK and they’ve been nothing but communicative. I know some investors are reluctant to work with property managers that aren’t nearby - trust me - you won’t feel like it. You’ll feel like your property is very well taken care of even if you’re on the other side of the planet. Rollin and Neal also really really care - they’ll take the time to consult you on your investment, decisions for the future, and what your best options are. If google had a 6th start option they’d get it. Thanks y’all!

We absolutely loved our experience with Tedi and Kevin! Tedi helped us so much by taking us through houses and sending us properties we would love. They were so helpful during the looking, buying and closing processes. This was our first home buying experience and they made it so fun and easy.
