The plumbing service "Engineer" (with 35 years of experience, Ken C.) showed up within the promised time frame, he was knowledgeable and he had the tools that were needed to resolve the issue. He quoted me the price and fixed my problem in a short period of time. He showed me what he found causing the problem and gained my acceptance. He was professional and extremely courteous. I would recommend this company to my friends and even my Grandmother; before you call any other company for help, call the associates at Arlinghaus. Edited to add: I called Arlinghaus out again today, they dispatched a service person Maurice G. who was highly competent and knowledgeable. He didn't overcharge me, gave me some valued advice and, if it was possible, I would rate my service experience with a "Sixth Star" . If you have service needs for "help", call Arlinghaus. Addition: On 8/22/25 There was a clog in my Lavatory sink; an experienced plumber with over 30+ years of experience came out an diagnosed the problem and and cause. Ken C. gave me an estimate and proceeded to fix the problem. Thanks Arlinghaus and Ken C. specifically for taking care of my concerns. 11/03/2025: Today, Wilson M. came to my house to do my Winter check up on my heating system. He was knowledgeable, thorough and performed a complete inspection of my furnace. He has great customer relation skills and he provided insights on the workings of my heating system and, he told me what to to consider in the future with regards to my furnace. Thanks again Arlinghaus for the service that you provided.
