As a long time customer of Springdale Heating and Air and the many positive experiences with their technicians over the years, I cannot remember one negative interaction. That’s saying a lot. However, today, June 11, 2025, the performance bar was raised to outstanding/stellar when Lee with Springdale came out on a regular maintenance service call. He found a problem and made recommendations and additional crews located what was needed and the repair was done immediately. Lee was so courteous and took time to explain what was needed and implemented plans. Lee was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and very professional. If I could give him a “10” rating it would not be enough. Thank you, Lee, for a job well done to the highest professional standards. And much gratitude to the rest or Springdale crews who followed through and my ac unit is soo happy again.
Lee What an outstanding company to do business with. Springdale shines with integrity from the reception staff up through and into the ownership. We have had two different techs out for two different issues. Most recently, Brandon did our bi-annual service. What an amazing demeanor! Absolute professional and knows his stuff. Brandon I have had the pleasure of utilizing Springdale Heat and Air services on three occasions now and I am always blown away by their service! Today, Brandon came and serviced my mother’s 30 year old American Standard unit. He was blown away by how well it is still working! Brandon is a joy to talk to not just because of his friendly nature but because he is knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He found an issue that could have been a problem, and immediately fixed it. We will definitely do the twice a year maintenance. Good price for a great service! John John came out on the service call. He quickly determined the issues and within the hour had Jake Woods come out to talk to me about replacing my HVAC. John was extremely helpful and was able to explain exact details of what was broken and the best route to take based on the age of my unit. Jake also was very patient and helpful in determining the right unit for my home. All the guys (including Matt, Alex and Dustin) did an excellent job getting the new unit installed and running in a timely ,manner. Great company and employees!
John We had a remarkable experience with Springdale HVAC. They replaced a 3-ton dual-fuel main system that was 17 years old and getting creaky. They also duct-sealed using this new Aeroseal technology that has eliminated the temperature differences between our bedroom, bathroom, and the rest of the house. Another big plus was their adding another much-needed air return to the system, and replacing two ducts that weren’t working well. Best of all, they removed a non-working system from a large bonus room at one end of our house and replaced it with a mini-split that works great and will be so efficient. It feels like we just got a new room added to our house! Steven was here day after day doing a lot of the installation, along with his under-the-house helper Alex. They were both so neat and careful there wasn’t so much as a scratch on the paint where Steven installed the mini-split. Many workers came to do different tasks and they were all pleasant and professional.
