Jacob Townsend was professional and efficient. HVAC system maintenance and installed additional shutoff valve to prevent overflow damage from condensation. I would definitely recommend this company.
Kyle Slinde is an awesome technician. He was punctual, thorough, personable, and knowledgeable. He came to perform our annual plumbing inspection, caught a leak on our downstairs toilet, fixed it, and gave us necessary quotes without any pressure. Pleasantly surprised as Parks' pricing for a full home water filtration and softener system.

Phil diagnosed the problem explained my options in detail. I would recommend Parks hvac to anyone looking for a reputable hvac company with true professionals from the people who answer the phones to their technicians. *Updated review 9/8/25 Just had Brian and Kyle on my property to replace my 10+ year old Lennox hvac system with a new Reem hvac system. Both Brian and Kyle were spectacular! They put down drop cloths and had the old system dismantled, removed and new system installed up and running in approximately 6 hrs. Both gentlemen were very professional and courteous. Once again I would highly recommend PARKS hvac to anyone who is looking for a Spectacular hvac company to repair or replace your heating and cooling system.

Shaun did a thorough job in checking both the furnace and AC system during this maintenance call. He also cleared out tree debris from the well of the AC unit. When finished, presented pictures of his inspection items as well as pictures of his meter readings on key function controls . I would give him a 15 on a scale of 1-10. Great job!
