We have a Honeywell thermostat as opposed to one of the more common smart thermostats. When Parks performed our 6 month service, they did an excellent job, were very professional, and wore personal protective equipment. The technician acknowledged that he was not familiar with our thermostat. I appreciated that he suggested Parks send a technician with expertise for our thermostat. Phil, that technician, handled all of the issues we requested related to our thermostat in a professional, efficient manner. 11/18/2020 Phil performed our semi annual maintenance. As with his last visit, he was professional, efficient and answered all of our questions. He wore personal protective equipment correctly during the entire visit. We continue to be very pleased with Parks and would highly recommend them. 6/4/2025 Isaiah, our service tech for this call, was excellent! He took his time listening to my concerns even though it was at the end of the day. He checked our thermostat and reset it which was my initial concern. He then recommended a check of the entire indoor/ outdoor system components to assure all was well. He was patient and professional. Such a good experience!!

We were called to schedule ac check. But it was too cold to perform at least one of the checks accurately. I feel the company should know this and schedule accordingly. The technician was great. It was easy to understand his explanations.

We have a Spring/Fall Maintenances agreement with Parks for the last 2 years and we have been extremely satisfied with each service and each technician. After having our thermostat replaced the day before, we had a technician out yesterday for the Spring Maintenance but he was unable to identify why the A/C unit would not turn on. We had the company out that replaced the thermostat, and they felt it may be the A/C unit, so we contacted Parks today and they sent out Mike (a supervisor with Park) to look into the issue. With some detailed troubleshooting, he identified that is was a broken wire in the back of the thermostat. He asked what troubleshooting was performed by the previous technician and we explained that did not touch anything pertaining to the thermostat. Mike wanted to know the name of the technician so he could follow-up with them. He also completed the Spring Maintenance and wavered the $75 service call fee. The other thing we were impressed with in Mike is that he worked closely with the technician from another company who installed the thermostat and showed them how to troubleshooting such issues. He could have easily blamed or belittled the other technician, but he was extremely professional and used this as a coaching moment.
the technician David was on time and very thorough. He checked every thing to make sure all of the issues were addressed.
Sunday with heat stopped and a call to Parks with tech here same day!!! Heat back on with awesome Tech!! Weve used Parks at this home for 11 years and our previous home for 7. Great service.
Tech was outstanding. Planned on just a check up but was so impressed signed a contract for yearly service and inspections.
