Professional and knowledgeable. They arrive on time and explain everything that needs to be done in detail, providing quotes. They are careful and considerate in their work (laying down mats to protect surfaces, etc.). They are on the expensive side, but it's worth it because of their quality of work.
I had an issue that left our house totally without power. I called Labbie Electrical and spoke to Dana. She was very helpful, and within about an hour I had Rob at the house to take care of the problem. It wasn’t long before the problem was solved and we were back up and running. We have probably used Labbie for over a dozen years in two houses. Their work is top-notch and we would not use anyone else. When we had our new (downsize, one-floor) house built, the builder used a contractor not exactly in Labbie's league--we had Labbie come and do some major re-wiring (we actually could not figure out how to turn the foyer lights, controlled by 3 switches, on, until they fixed that among other things). We are always pleased with their work; Rob and Chris have high standards. And since Dana joined the family business, scheduling is easy, and fast. Now they are expanding but knowing Rob, he hires only the best.

Labbie Electric has been there for us for years. Through large wind storms, putting electric wires underground, inside and outside they have fixed all the problems that come up after an electric storm. Really nice and helpful people starting with Dana, who is so lovely on the phone and keeps the communication open so Rob and Chris get the message, and they always get to us in great time.
