Miguel IS THE BEST service/repair person I have had the pleasure of working with! He listens first, then he recommends and his recommendations make sense and are practical and as I found out at the end backed by his years of experience. He is not trying to sell a job he is selling the work that he knows will accomplish the fix. What amazed me too is the commitment to his work and commitment to quality. I am glad I choose Ben Franklin but I was lucky that Miguel happened to be the tech that would do the work. Ben Franklin has an incredible talent. Kenith Evans The technician, Alejandro was very professional from the beginning of the service to the end. He arrived on time to my house. Alejandro listened to what I thought was wrong with the plumbing, then explained to me what had to be done to correct the problem. He completed the service and cleaned up afterwards.
