Having replaced our roof 20 years ago with shingles we were interested in what a metal roof could offer. We diligently received several quotes and it was clear that we wanted to give them our business. Our project manager Jason was with us every step of the way, from design through install, even making follow-ups at intervals after the project was complete, just to make sure that the finished project lived up to our standards. The roof looks beautiful and we're so pleased with the workmanship and service. Soon after our roof was replaced we had another contractor cause damage to the roof. We were crushed. Jason bent over backwards to help, by advocating for us with the contractor who caused the damage and by helping with repairs. While some companies would prefer not to get involved and protect other contractors, Jason quickly spotted the damage and went to work helping us navigate our way through the ordeal. This company does quality work, they are generous and they treat their customers with respect and kindness. I have worked with several types of contractors throughout the years and I place American Roofing & Sheet Metal at the top. If you're looking for a roofer and you see this review, do yourself a favor and call them for an estimate. ***update: I used American Roofing & Sheet Metal a second time while installing a photovoltaic solar system. Jason and his team made sure the solar contractor took every precaution to make sure they installed their equipment using the best materials and techniques. Another set of thumbs up for this company. I had American Roofing and Sheet Metal replace my roof. Jason was so very helpful and listened to what I wanted done. The crew they sent to my house were very good. The work and clean up was wonderful. Jason stopped by several times to make sure I was happy with the work. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 15plus. You won't be sorry using them.
Charles did a great job communicating the work that was going to be done and answering all of the questions I had. When you have to have the same job done on your house more than once you tend to have lots of questions. It was reassuring knowing that my questions and concerns would be answered or taken care of by Charles in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again. I appreciated the excellent customer service.
