Austin I had the opportunity to work with Austin on a job that was incomplete by another HVAC company that I have been using for years. The other HVAC company was pushing new equipment because they were unable to properly diagnose and service my system. Austin from Brown Heating and Cooling was able to look at my system on short notice, properly diagnose and restore the system same day. He was honest, transparent and thorough in his work. Donald An outstanding young man did a superior preventive maintenance to my a/c unit. Very personable and completely knowledgeable to all aspects of the job. Bought home in April '24 - unit is 8 years old and I feel this visit, though costly, will extend the life of the unit and provide me with uninterrupted service. Thanks for a great job. I can't say enough good things about brown heating and cooling. They are professional, informative, personable and fair. Ruud's AC product, on the other hand, didn't fare quite as well. A 3-year-old $8,000 air conditioning unit should not have a coil failure after 3 years. And, to have the audacity to only cover the cost of the part and not the labor is even more egregious. It cost me $2,700 to replace a coil that was under warranty. Never again Ruud. You will never have a shot at any other system I put in.
