Our experience was absolutely amazing. Scotty, who shampooed our couch, two rooms and several area rugs, was so professional and friendly. It was the best carpet cleaning experience we’ve ever had. Scotty gave us helpful tips on the care of our carpets and area rugs. I do have chemical sensitivity, so it was a little rough for me the rest of the day after the cleaning. We opened all the windows and I left for a few hours but it was better by the next day. You may want to offer a green alternative to people who have some asthma.
