From first contact through the end of complete install of my beautiful new roof, Jim was responsive to all my questions and concerns. I always knew what to expect. On the day of install, his installers arrived on time, and extended professional courtesy throughout the installation process.
We had roof damage and rain water leaking into one of our windows. Jim and Kennedy were both very responsive and came out to check out what the issues may be and what may need to be done. Jim was very helpful and had experienced knowledge on a few possibilities and other questions we had about our house. They both pointed out some of the issues that were present. After determining the roof fix was the next best way to go (with past damage from a tree and way the roof was initially made), Kennedy was very responsive and able to walk us through the process and information very well. Kennedy stated he made sure they reinforced that side of the leaking. Both were very friendly and responsive, making sure we understood the process and what was going on. The entire project got done much quicker than anticipated (due to the availability of product) and we were able to have everything completed well within the timeframe. Great job and recommended.

We bought a new house last fall knowing that it would need a new roof in the next few years. A few local roofing companies came to give estimates and it became clear that we would need one ASAP and it wouldn't be cheap. Energy Masters were the only ones who offered to squeeze us in before Winter AND also happened to offer a reasonable price. Jim and his son Kennedy did the most thorough inspection of any of the companies and were helpful in educating me on all their findings and recommendations. The roof was on exactly by when they said it would be and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Later, we had a small leak near our fireplace and called them to make sure it wasn't the new roof. They came back and found the problem was a rusty spot on our older metal chimney. Even though they weren't responsible for it and it was unrelated to the roof they did, they STILL fixed it up for us free of charge and went on their merry way. Look - you could go out and find the cheapest solution and that may work for you. For us, Energy Masters was not only completely fair about their pricing, their level of service and integrity was unmatched. Reading the other reviews on here, it's clear that that experience isn't unique. When we need new gutters or our roof gets damaged in a storm, we know who to call from now on. GO WITH ENERGY MASTERS!
I am ecstatic with the job that Energy Masters did for me. Their team totally rebuilt and reconstructed the overhang from my driveway all the way to my front door. They eliminated the yankee style gutters that, before they came here, were a disaster. I looked for 3 years for someone who understood my problems and could do the job for me. It wasn't easy and I had 6 people look at my project who just walked away. Then I found Energy Masters online and read their complete website, including their reviews, and decided to call them. I was surprised that they gave me homework to read before they came out and boy, am I glad I did. They really understood my problems and their teams were really professional. The jobsite was clean and my problem is solved.

I had some minor wind damage that needed repair. Energy Masters was the only company I contacted who was willing to make the repair for a reasonable fee. In addition, they exceeded our expectations as we were not expecting them to be available for another week, yet they showed up at the end of the day, on a Friday, and made the repairs.
They came out at the end of the day on a chilly, Friday afternoon and made the repair. I was cold standing at ground level. I can't imagine how cold it was up at the peak of the roof. The young man never complained and worked diligently to make the repairs. In the words of Larry the Cable Guy, he "Got er done!"
I called to get a quote and he came the same day. He was very thorough and professional. Definitely will look forward to future service with Energy Masters.

Our fix ended up being something fairly simple, in the grand scheme, & they charged us very reasonably for the time spent & the kind of fix it ended up being. Jim was a wonderful person to work with, he answered all of our questions, & addressed our concerns. He gave us great advice & we know that if we need any further help we are going to call him! I would highly, highly recommend Jim & his company to anyone who needs roofing, siding, or gutter work on their home. 10/10!!
