Chase Gunderson was the project engineer on the team of Jason Brousseau, James Wilber and (yesterday) Ian Porter. They did dazzling drain work. They were competent, communicative and lived up to the very high standards we expect from Hero, the very best in the business. We are delighted to have the Great Red Fleet in front of our house, showing that we want and are getting the highest level of home care. Josh should be proud of them.

We have been using Hero for years and are on their Membership Club. They are simply the best place to go for all your needs, and know that everytime you need help...it will be done right. They take the worry out of making needed repairs.

All around this was a great experience. Not long after I began describing the problem, Donovan had already located the issue. It may seem like a small job as no parts were actually required, but the work Donovan and Eli did saved our house from a horrible smell - which we had been dealing with for the past week. They could not have been more polite, professional, and courteous. At the end of a long day in 90+ degree yheat, they still had smiles on their faces and did not rush anything. It really felt like the small business next door. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing, heating, or any of their other services they provide going forward. Hero was recommended to us by our son. We were very impressed with the text message with Sean West's picture and bio. We were notified exactly when he would arrive and he was very punctual. We have water pipes that have banged loudly for years when the dishwasher or washer is used. Sean was informative and knowledgeable about the problem. Sean fixed the problem and was thorough and timely. We never knew a home could be so quiet when doing dishes or laundry. A true hero, Sean West (is he related to Adam West, the original Batman?)

Mike was very professional when he arrived. provided a detailed overview of what will be performed to identify the issue with my HVAC. He then went into detail again providing multiple courses of action to fix the problem. he provided great feedback on each option regardless of the cost whether it was low or high costs. He completed the repair very quickly and even ran me through the maintenance process as a home owner to identify issues before they become a major problem. I would definitely use this company and mike for future maintenance and repairs. I fully recommend this company.

Had a camera inspection of my main sewer line from my home to the city sewer to find why my pipe backs up. The tech (Austin) was very knowledgeable and able to see and explain to me what the issue was and pinpoint the problem with my old cast iron piping.

I had Hero out for a routine check up on my older AC unit. Ron was quick and efficient. He explained what he found with the unit and laid out the pros and cons of various remedies. I did not feel pressured to make a decision. Nice tech, good experience.

Hero did it again. After my sewer issue two weeks ago, my AC quit blowing cold air. Ali came out, diagnosed the issue and repaired it quickly. I highly recommend!
