Pierre Contacted Clear Choice based off of the google reviews when I needed a hot water tank replacement, figured it would either be quickly obvious whether they were legit or not and I'm happy to have found that they are. My first contact was with Jennifer who was personable and helpful, hearing the need to get someone there that day. Then Brook came to my house to assess the condition, provide detailed options and answer my questions regarding tankless, gas vs electric etc. The options were very clearly laid out and explained in the estimate email he provided a few hours later and it was simple to confirm my choice. They contacted me the next morning to verify the choice and let me know Pierre would be there shortly. He was just as friendly, professional and knowledgeable as Brook, kept the house clean and didn't mind the kids racing in and out past his workspace. I had conversations with both of them and was pleased to hear them attest to what a great company it is to work for, how focused they are on solving problems for people, and the corporate culture of accountability where everyone is part of the success and failure of the business. The impact of that is clearly demonstrated by their employees and as a customer it's nice to know the people doing the work actually care about the quality of the work they do and the satisfaction of their customers. I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Clear Choice and they will be the first call I make the next time I need a plumber.
It was the day before the start of a Stat holiday and our water tank quit working. I called Clear Choice and was told they were heavily booked for that day but would do their best to help us otherwise we would have to wait until Tuesday. To my surprise they called back a couple of hours later and informed me that a plumber was available. Pete arrived as stated assessed the situation and quickly removed the old gas water heater and installed a new one. He made the necessary changes to meet the new code. We are very pleased with Pete and Clear Choice Plumbing.

Awesome experience with The Clear Choice Plumbing & Heating. 2 days after we moved into our new home, our laundry room flooded when we drained the bathtub. They were able to get Tyler in to take a look right away, and found we had major issues with our cast iron sewer line. Within days, it was completely replaced! Everyone involved was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Tyler was clear, gave us multiple options, and was happy to take our calls & questions when trying to figure out what to do. Brook and Brad did a great job on the actual repair, and were very conscientious, making sure we understood what they were doing, and that we had usable plumbing in-between work days. Jennifer in the office made the whole process super easy, and was patient with us as we tried to figure out our insurance. An excellent team all around. On top of the great work and timely service, it meant a lot that everyone appreciated how stressful this situation was for us. Having just moved in, this empathy went a long way. I would definitely recommend The Clear Choice Plumbing & Heating. They do great work, and employ professional, knowledgeable, and good people. 5 stars!
Had a leak under my bathroom sink due to a coupling finally wearing down over time. Went through ClearChoices online form, they got back to me bright and early next day with same day availability! Tyler was on time and very professional. Very efficient work while being very friendly! This is my second time using ClearChoice for plumbing issues at my home and they've been amazing every time. 10/5 stars, will always be calling them if I have plumbing problems.
