What a positive experience! Trey inspected the roof once, said we could wait; it wasn’t all that bad. After a pretty good hail storm, we called him back (plus some other roofing companies.) He walked us through the whole process - explaining the pros and cons of ~5 different shingles. He Loves What He Does! We selected the one we wanted. His Assistant, Steven was quite thorough also! He was there every step of the way - answering questions, explaining the steps, handling the needed paperwork/warranty forms. The crew itself was so efficient and friendly! Supplies were delivered one day, roofed the next day! They covered all flower beds and the pool before working. They even found a couple of spots that needed attention and made the repairs. The crew cleaned up that day and came back the next morning to double-check and complete the tidying up! What a team!!! Hoping to have Shamrock add a roof over the patio one day!
