Once again the plumbers from Woodie Woods Plumbing did a great job. Brad took a look at the dilemma and immediately proposed a solution that fixed the immediate problem. Permanent resolution will be quick and less complicated than I thought.
Outstanding job by Andrew and his helper Gavin. Replaced kitchen faucet quickly but having to get extra parts which did not come with faucet took more time resulting to 2 trips to get parts. Went above and beyond for this senior citizen.

In the most recent cold snap, our front outdoor faucet had an issue and flooded our front patio. We called at 330 pm and by 530 pm or so, Andrew and Gavin with Woody Woods were at our house and fixed the issue in 30 minutes. They were so kind to help us so quickly and after hours no less. Andrew and Gavin were so friendly and helpful. They even gave us tips to keep our outdoor faucets safe for the rest of the cold front. We really appreciate them!

Adam is a professional wonderful plumber. He is very knowledgeable and he explains things to you where you can understand it but he's not condescending and doing it. I like that he gave us three options for our water heater issue and took time to explain each one without pressuring. We will definitely definitely be using you all again in the future and will be telling everyone we know that they need to use you all.
Adam Called because our hot water tank stopped producing hot water. Adam came out the same day checked everything and out re-lit the pilot light. He spent time educating me on the codes and my water heater and it's set up. He gave me three options, the costs, and explained the benefits of each without pressuring. We will definitely use you all again. Felt like he was honest and informative.

Andrew Although I was shocked by what I am having to spend with you due to a 60+ year old house, I believe Andrew is looking out for me to minimize my costs. He and Gaven worked late Christmas Eve so my kitchen will be ready for Christmas Day. Planning to come back with excavation crew 12/26 to finish.
