Grahm assessed the situation and provided some testing to determining what our issue is. He was respectful and provided us with information regarding our situation. It also advised us that he has asked management to come out to look at the work. He was very pleasant.

Today I had an appointment with Marvin McGregor, Remodel Projector Mgr. with Hudson Plumbing to give me an estimate for remodeling a bathroom. I highly recomend Mr. McGregor. He had great ideas, quickly understood what we needed, and was very professional and nice. I also highly recommend Hudson Plumbing. Each time I have called them the service was excellent, the employees were knowledgeable and made good suggestions. They were on time and communicated with me as to when they would arrive.

Hudson Plumbing got us an appointment for the next day, and our clogged sink was fixed efficiently and professionally. It only took Jerome about 20 minutes to fix our issue and he made sure everything was running and draining smoothly before leaving. We have had the unfortunate issue of our water main line breaking during the freezing temps twice in the last couple years. We hired Hudson Plumbing for both jobs (one repair and one main line replacement), and they have been amazing! Keaton has always been very proactive, communicative and has made sure to get the job going as quickly as possible. Despite running into a few setbacks due to the ground being frozen, the crews maintained professionalism and did a great job in a timely manner. The pricing has been fair for the jobs that have been required, and we will continue to use them in the future for our plumbing needs.

Jerome was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. He had our problem fixed within 5 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. Emily is also wonderful to work with.
