Hudson did it again! Wonderful job with safe, experienced, knowledgeable technicians on site when they said they would be. Danny was great and on top of everything wrong the previous owner attempted to dyi. Definitely would refer to anyone in need of plumbing mishaps or corrections. 10/10 - Always Satisfied.

Only wish I had been told this appointment would be inspection only and would need another appointment to fix what I had called about. Not a super big deal though

Josh "Trust your plumber," they say. Let me tell you a story about trust. We live in a 100 year old farm house that has been through countless renovations over the years, and somehow wound up with only a cold water supply line to the kitchen sink. Hudson has replaced a small tankless water heater under that sink in the past for us, and when it failed again this year, we started considering alternatives. We could stick with the same plan, and expect to be replacing this appliance every few years, we could try to squeeze in a small water heater tank under the sink, or we could thing big picture and see what it would take to run a new hot water line from elsewhere in the home to the kitchen. We chose the last route, as you might imagine, but the crew that came out to do the work came back inside shortly after exploring the crawl space and said it couldn't be done, that the crawlspace was just too tight and full of ductwork to get to where they needed to get to. And I couldn't doubt them - the crawlspace is exactly as they described, and I certainly wasn't going to even get close to making it happen. Back to option A... for a third time. A few days before the install date, we had an annual termite inspection done on the crawlspace, and when he came back to the house after doing the inspection, I casually asked him about getting to the back of the house where the kitchen is at. He confirmed how tight it was, but also that he was able to do what he needed to do. And here is where we get to the trust factor. I trust my plumber. It’s both a state of mind based on past experiences, and it’s a state of the will because it was now time for me to either go with what they’d told me or push back harder for another attempt. We chose the latter, and I was pleasantly met with feedback of “we’d be glad to try again” and “maybe we missed something.” Today, I’m happy to report we have a dedicated hot water line running to my kitchen sink. The techs had to get creative, and we had to make a couple cosmetic sacrifices to get the job done, but all of that pales in comparison to the result. Thank you, Hudson Plumbing, for not only being trustworthy with the work I sent you, but for also trusting ME through this ordeal as I’ve pushed you beyond the bounds of normal work into very creative (and cramped) creative problem solving.
I don't normally leave reviews but Hudsons plumbing is definitely worthy of one! From the minute I called they were absolutely helpful. They treated me like family and made sure that we stayed within my budget while still getting the job done. Jerome came to my home about an hour away and was incredibly respectful and knowledgeable (they even put on little booties to keep your floors clean!) He answered all of my questions, explained exactly what he was doing and got the job done perfectly. My dog even loved him! As a single mom I was scared to call a plumber and be hit with an outrageous bill but they're both affordable and professional. I will definitely be referring them to my friends and family!

Jerome was on time, professional and explained the entire process as he was doing the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t mind explaining when I had questions. We had Hudson Plumbing out for a water heater issue a few days ago and were extremely happy with the service! John N. came to our home, and I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgable and friendly technician! I like to be shown where the problems are and how to repair the issue just to expand my own knowledge. John was happy to walk me through everything which I really appreciated! We would definitely have him out again for future jobs!!

Highly recommend! Keaton was able to give us a couple possible options to fix our shower and was very informative about the whole process which made the decision to use them easy! Travis came out to do the repair. He took his time and was very thorough on trying to figure out what the cause was for our shower issue. Nathan Josh is my favorite plumber in the whole world, he has a great personality, and he is very good at what he does. I really liked Sam as well, he's very smart and meticulous. I always have very friendly, polite, professional, and kind service from this company. I feel very blessed to have met John, Josh, and Sam. They're all three very intelligent.
