Raymond Sullivan found the issue with our furnace burner. One cylindrical plastic part was cracked completely around and keep making a variety of sounds. The most common sound was like a repetitive washing machine due to the plastic piece slipping around and resetting itself back to its original position. Ray came out and diagnosed the problem one evening and replaced the part the next evening. He didn't have the part with him to repair on the first visit or it would of been fixed that evening. Ray did quality work and was very knowledgeable and polite, and he explained everything. I believe the repair was under warranty, because I have not been charged for anything to this point.
