My tech was very thorough and nice. We are in a new house and he took his time showing me what and how was connected to my gas. Showed me how the satellite reads my usage and the gauge where I can read it. Never made me feel less than for the questions I asked. So appreciate the time he took with me and was very pleasant while doing his job. Thanks My service was a free safety check because we choose to stay with Deiter Brothers when we purchased the house because the former owners loved them
