We lost heat in the night before a storm. I called Dieter Bros. We do not get our oil from them just service maintenance. The woman in the office was great. Got us a delivery right away. Then service as the boiler would not go on - Miguel worked on our unit and got everything working perfectly now auto delivery only!!! The staff at Dieter bros was amazing, professional and courteous. From the phone to delivery (Garrett) and the fix (Miguel). None better. Thank you all so much - right before a snow storm too!!!
I love that you have been true to your word! I switched to Deiter Brothers for propane about five years ago because of poor service by another provider. I was promised great family style service and that someone would always answer the telephone when I called. They have provide great service and whenever I call, Amy not only greets me with a friendly family happy hello she asks how my wife is doing. Simple, old school but very much appreciated by me. The technician, Gabe, was running late. However this is not his fault. One never knows what you will need to do for service calls. Once here, he did a thorough maintenance service of the oil burner system. He was professional, explained anything that was needed, and left the space clean.
My family have been customers since we moved in in 1957. We always have had good customer service and good communication with Deiter Bros. Gabrielle Dietrich was my heating and AC maintenance person today. I give him five stars. He always gives excellent customer service and I am always happy when I see that he is the maintenance person coming to check my heating and AC systems. I just had Miguel come today replace a fan from my furnace that was broken. He was very friendly and outgoing and told me exactly what he was going to do. He's very good with customer service and he also does a very good job. I had Gabrielle here today and he did an excellent job.

I have used the Deiter Bros for the installation of my Generator and propane tank, along with service calls, the Techs are always very cordial and competent and get the job done! Highly reccomend them.
