Dieter Bros Heating and Cooling is wonderful. We use the service to make sure that our HVAC system is I good shape at the change of the seasons. Their scheduling office is helpful about reminding us of upcoming appointments , and there is a two hour window for a technician’s arrival. The technicians are respectful, helpful, clean, and warn of possible upcoming issues. Shout out to Ryan, who didn’t have the correct filter size but went out to get one so that he could finish the job.

Alex came to our home this morning. He serviced our furnace, air conditioner, and he replaced the fuel gauge on the oil tank. Alex is a most respectful and knowledgeable young man. He explained everything he was doing beforehand and offered suggestions on the care for our system. He recommended information pertaining to both the furnace and the air conditioner, which I will act upon because not only is Alex knowledgeable, but he is also trustworthy.
