Miguel Vinny was by far the best service technician that has provided service to us. He was polite and was very good at explaining the issues with our heat pump as well as proposed options to repair. This is my first experience with Deiter Bros and I plan on using them for all of my HVAC needs.
I am very happy with Vinny's advice, but I'm not as happy with his supervisor's advice that left out options that Vinny had given to me. I was also not as happy with the administrative personnel yesterday who said that I would be next on Vinny's list at 8:00 in the morning and actually I was at the end of his list which meant he did not get there until 5:30. Lack of communication cost me a day of waiting and a little bit of consternation.
Vinny Vinny was very helpful and knowledgeable about the older equipment that my house has installed. He helped me understand some of the things that were going on with the furnace.
Ray did a good job. Professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He pointed out two issues requiring further attention which I appreciated. I will have them addressed in the near future by Deiter Brothers and Ray

Vinny I had a schedule furnace service check appointment and received a text that the technician was on his way. The appointment was for between 8:00 and 9:00 and he arrived promptly at 8:00. He performed the service check, informed me everything was working properly, and left. Everything was neat and clean when had finished. I have been with Deiter Bros for decades and they are always professional and prompt.
The technician was personable and knowledgeable. He made sure all my appliances were working when he left including my gas fireplace.
