Absolutely terrible, I would give zero stars if I could. I called twice for an appointment. Both times no call no show. Left messages and no call back and no response. Do not use this company!!
I booked with new era plumbing and had a appt from 11am- 2pm window. They still havent showed up or called and it is 7pm. Tried contacting them by text and phone. Only got one response and they said that they would let me know they were in the way but then no other response smh. This is the second plumbing company that has done this in the last two days smh very disappointed and still have a plumbing problem
BJ was the technician sent and he was fabulous. He was super polite and had a really great personality. He listened to each of my issues. I would definitely use New Era again but I will always ask for BJ to be the technician. Great experience.
New Era was a day late, but they made sure they fixed issue and waived initial fee due to communication issue. Overall their service was great diagnosed the problem pretty quick! Would recommend
I only do surveys on a particular business when I believe that business did excellent work. BJ, his coworker and the entire New Era Plumbing team was fantastic from the time that I placed my car for an estimate until they completed the job. I cant think them enough for their professionalism and the quality of work that they performed at my home and I recommend them to anyone who has need of plumbing service. I have their number saved on speed dial just in case anything comes up and this is the business that I will be using to handle all of my needs going forward. Thank you for a job well done.
Bobby & Carlos were swift and got the job done in about 20 minutes! I will definitely call New Era again if i need anything plumbing wise. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Home depot sent a group out here twice who couldn't do the job one time. A great experience overall, and I appreciated the test with the technicians information prior to their arrival.

Nick showed up right on time and evaluated all my plumbing issues. He was professional and very respectful. Fixed my show, sinks, and replaced my garbage disposal for a good enough price. He was able to answer all my questions, get the job done in two hours, and was very kind.
It is so sad that I must leave this review about this plumbing company, but I think it's fair so that others are aware. I called New Era Plumbing to have them come out to reseal my toilet. To make a long story short, the guy comes out and quotes me $529.99 to lift the toilet, put down a new wax ring, and set the toilet back into place. From my YEARS of being a homeowner, I have NEVER been quoted such an exaggerated price to have ANY work done on my home. To reseal a toilet (30-45 minute job) that number seemed obsured tome. I paid him the 60$ fee for him to come out and use his eyes for 5 minutes to do an assessment of the issue. He comes back to tell me what I already know, "it needs to be resealed." I then called the company because I wanted a break down of everything because $529.99 does not add up to a reseal job. After speaking with Susan, she then says they can do the job for $375. I still wanted a breakdown just so that I can see what I am being charged for. I am so not willing to be overcharged. In my experience, I know that when a company over exaggerates the price for a job, they do not get much business. Companies like this KNOW you are not going to agree to the inflated price so they happily accept the "diagnostic" fee. I cannot recommend this company to others because in my opinion, they are not fair with their pricing. I will never call this company again, not even to just say hello.
Great job. In time that it feels customer service is not a concern, they went out of their way to make a bad situation, better. Very nice and professional all the way through.

BJ was the installation technician and did an excellent job. New Era followed up precisely as scheduled for the first year annual checkup, and I have no complaints only rave reviews. Theyre highly recommended.
BJ I would recommend New Era plumbing. The technician seems to be very knowledgeable. They wore mask,covering over shoes to keep from tracking dirt, etc. Explained everything to me did the work fast and even clean up mess. Very friendly I even received text message to let me know there on the way. Price was more than I expected but had to get it done. Excellent job!!!! Highly recommend
Bj and Jamie just came over to give me a quote. They were scheduled to come tomorrow but got me in today. They were masked, thorough, fast, gave me two quotes and very professional. I received several notifications concerning their arrival beforehand. Their all around customer service is off the chain!
Michael represented this company well. Michael was very professional from the opening of my door. A salesman and is great at what he does plumber wise, but with his personality he's definitely an asset to this and any company he chooses to affiliate with. Five stars is my rating for the company because of Michael, the Plumber.

If I could give Mike C 10 stars, I would. I called on Saturday thinking that I would have to leave a VM to be answered on Monday but a nice lady name Suzanne answered and told me that she can get someone out on Monday. Mike arrived, I told him what happened (a contractor drilled into the main waterline in the house and my basement was flooded out). Mike C provided 3 estimates. I chose which one I wanted. He ran to the hardware store, came back and fixed my pipe. He also added a shut off valve right where the pipe comes in from outside. I am happy about that too. I will definitely use this service again if I need it. SN: Mike also showed me where my gas shut off valve was located in the event I needed it. Such a stand up guy!! Thank you SOOOOO much Mike and New Era Plumbing!!!
