I've never been disappointed with service I've received from Summers. I called yesterday with a furnace issue, and they had Jace out here first thing today. My furnace is 20 years old, so I'm getting a new one, and I'm getting a great deal. BUT, Jace did everything he could to bandaid this for me (as he did when I was having AC issues this summer). The installation crew came out today and had the new one in within an hour. I recommend Summers unreservedly - they're folx are the best in the business! ETA - February 2024 - Daniel came out to fix a broken shower cartridge (that I broke) and he was the best! Summers had him out here within an hour of me calling. Never disappointed. ETA - April 2025 - Stephen came out to perform a checkup on the A/C and did a great job explaining everything. He went above and beyond and labeled some things, and showed me how & explained when to turn off systems. Excellent appointment. Again, best folx in the business! ETA - May 2025 - Mattew came out and cleaned the ducts. It was quicker than he estimated, and I am confident that everything is clean up there. Very happy with the service, as always.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. I was supposed to get an estimate. I did verbally but did not receive one by email. Other than that, it almost made a 10.

Stephen Today Stephen performed the fall tune up. I love Summers systems where you get text alerts when technicians are on their way. He is very friendly and professional and skilled. He told me about Summers canned food drive - great idea! The emailed reports showed up moments after the work was completed. Great job! Please keep up the good work.
