Perry, our young , but mature, technician did a great job in troubleshooting and resolving the problem I had with a fairly new furnace! He was diligent in his troubleshooting, and tried several things many times to make sure he achieve the proper diagnosis. He volunteered to come late one evening to help you out, although it took a few days to order the part since the outage took place on the weekend. He did a great job of keeping me informed and touching base with me throughout the time I was down over the weekend. He ordered the part promptly on Monday and made sure that he followed up. to ensure it was delivered on Tuesday, He came out and installed the part and had me up and working in short order! Although I haven’t shopped other companies know, Summers may not be the cheapest in the business, but they certainly have people who know their job and follow through... And that’s what we all would expect from a truly professional organization. Good work and thanks.
Today Stephen performed the fall tune up. I love Summers systems where you get text alerts when technicians are on their way. He is very friendly and professional and skilled. He told me about Summers canned food drive - great idea! The emailed reports showed up moments after the work was completed. Great job! Please keep up the good work.
