It was a pleasure to meet Carlos today. He came for our annual AC Maintenance check included in our monthly maintenance fee. (For a low monthly fee, annual maintenance and checks are included for AC, furnace and plumbing.) Carlos was courteous, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciated the recommendation that he made to add a 521 capacitor which we will seriously consider. I never felt pressured to purchase anything only given as a suggestion for extending the life of our unit. He was patient answering questions regarding what impact the addition would have, and also gave me tips on how to keep the unit housing clean to maximize proper airflow! We have always been pleased with the technicians with Summer’s, and now can say that Carlos too is a great technician! Thank-you, Carlos!
