Kyle was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the extra time to go out and get additional parts so my freezer didn’t have to be moved. He also took the extra mile to do a slow pressurization so there wouldn’t be any leaks. He was great and I’m glad he was the one that came out to help my with my water heater replacement.
Kyle Durham Dustin, 365 solutions FL, responded to my situation, a failed water heater in an expeditious manner. He explained everything he was going to do, and within my first telephone conversation, a new water heater was installed in about two hours. Will definitely recommend him to others.
Dustin was very communicative and explained the issue and charges very well. He fixed my issue in 15 minutes so that was a relief! I’d definitely use 365 Solutions again!
07/05/2024... First time using this company. Kyle was sent out with a new water heater and supplies needed. Kyle was so professional, friendly and informative. He got started on repairs but had to stop due to mold found from the hot water pipe that was broken and had been spraying water on the inside walls where heater is housed. Kyle contacted a company for me that will be out tomorrow to professionally remove the mold, then he offered to come back Sunday morning to finish hooking up the water heater no extra charge. I refused not wanting to ruin his weekend, so Kyle will be out first thing Monday. So that I would not be without water, Kyle did a bypass so that I could have running water. I would not only recommend 365 Solutions and especially Kyle, but I would advise 365 Solutions to hold on to such a great employee. Good help is so hard to find these days..Randy Wilson
