Alexis from Action Air came by today and was very informative and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do and then went over his findings. A very positive experience and would enjoy having him again for any maintenance or service appointments. The office also called approximately 20 minutes before he arrived and everything was on time!
JLG arrived within the designated time and did the maintenance needed in a very professional manner. I informed him about a loud noise the AC made every time I turned it on. He immediately found the source of the problem. He installed the start capacitor that was needed. He finished the job and checked that it was working properly. He informed me about the warranty options and to make sure to service the AC yearly to make sure it runs properly. Thank you.

Steve and his team did a great job when installing our new HVAC system with heat pump and Goodman Furnace Two Stage System with Variable Speed Blower. The team worked efficiently, navigated unexpected needs, communicated well and left the house clean when done. I highly recommend them as a reliable and competent team.
David leads like a boss. Highly competent and kindhearted, very friendly. Explained the solution easily and thoroughly. ActionAir needs 100 men like him. Arrived on time and presented well. He knows his profession well.

Christian was awesome! I was able to get his help next day on short notice. And when he arrived I was unfortunately busy and on the phone. But he was able to get started, found the real problem, and fixed it up all before I could get off my phone call. He then recommended some ways I could help keep the unit running a little bit longer since it's on its last legs. Luckily he had time to add a few more things to help it along. I'm so happy he went beyond the known issue of needing to replace the contactor and found a number of real issues that I would've just run into next.
