Cornell was friendly and professional. I was asking did a lot of the doctors use apparatus (because I didn't want to use it). Cornell very nicely explained to me (which he didn't have to do) why it was to my benefit that my doctor had ordered it. After he explained the importance of it, I was "ALL IN" at that point. Thank you Cornell for enlightening me. Cornell is someone with his personality, that is never a stranger.
