Gerardo performed a thorough scheduled service on our HVAC system this afternoon concerning ductwork and a/c registers. Richard came on time and in a uniform, looking professional. He was very helpful, he changed my air filters for me, then went on to do his job in the attic. He spent a great deal of time looking at everything and brought me a list of things that he found that could be addressed, no pressure at anytime to be fixed immediately. He allowed me time to ask him some questions I had, he is the only person who has ever suggested a repair for my furnace to keep it from freezing up every winter. I appreciate this level of attention to my needs in air and heat and will continue to use their services. Thank you Richard.
