I've used A-Lumination Electric for years now for various electrical things I needed done in my home. This time, I called to have my alarm panel swapped out. A-Lumination Electric was able to get someone to me that same day. The electrician was knowledgeable and fast at swapping out my panel. They quickly assessed the issue - and I had had a fire hazard of a wire up in my bedroom ceiling since I had purchased my home! How scary- and how wonderful that they identified the problem- spent the time to completely resolve the issue - and repaired the ceiling drywall! I had these guys install a 240v outlet in my garage. They came the same day I called. The 2 gentleman were polite and very knowledgeable. I knew beforehand that there would be some complicated issues with my request as my breaker box was completely full however they were able to address this and finished with a perfect solution. At the time they did the install I was unable to confirm the type of electrical outlet that was needed however they agreed that if what they installed was wrong they would come back and swap it for the correct one. As it happened it was the wrong outlet and true to their word the guys came back and made it all perfect. It's great to see a company truely recognizing quality customer service and going well beyond it. I would absolutely recommend this company for any of your electrical requirements.
Roberto is fantastic. He diagnosed, fixed and installed a fan in a bedroom. He also alerted me to some potential issues that I will have them fix in the future. He is professional, friendly, knowledgable, cleaned up afterwards and was very respectful of my property. I look forward to doing business with them again.
