I've been in customer service throughout my professional career, in on way or another. There's a side of it you don't often see. Daren had no issue troubleshooting the issue, identifying it, or fixing it. What he did do is make me feel comfortable, was happy to be there at 8pm without a single complaint, and even spent 15 minutes on my porch listening to the tough things I'm going through. THIS is what customer service looks like at it's best. I'm a firm believer that good communicators end up in technical roles (like me in my journey) not because they need to learn the technical part. Anyone can do that with time. The best of them add the human element, and with grace. That's Darren. 15/10 rating.
