Had a great experience with Stan. We opted for a Nest doorbell and our existing (very old) wiring was a mess. Stan was able to troubleshoot and spent a considerable amount of time doing so, and at first we were unable to finalize given quirks with the Nest application and transistor. He came back the following morning as part of the initial scope to see the job thru, and most importantly, genuinely cared about making sure everything was done properly, working in the end, and that we were happy.
John has helped troubleshoot our new home when we lost power over Thanksgiving weekend! He was back out when it happened again a few months later (no fault of his) and was able to pinpoint exactly where the faulty connection was occurring. John gave us clear information that we were then able to relay to the generator company to completely solve our home's power issue. And while he was there he fixed a broken outlet for us as well. He was on time, professional, and took the time to talk through the issues and educate us as new home owners. We will continue to use John and Safe & Sound Electric for any of our electrical needs. Diego competently replaced temporary attachment of power line to house with a permanent attachment. He reviewed main panel for issues, replaced out-dated dimmer in kitchen and gave much appreciated advice on fixture problems in bathroom and in basement. He was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and careful. Very pleasant to work with and did a great job.

On August 24th we contacted safe and sound electric due to a problem with the Downstairs. Only half power in the kitchen we had no power in a back bedroom. They said a tech would there the next day between nine and eleven thirty. John Anello was on time he took his time to diagnose the problem. He spent over Three hours making sure the job was done right. We now have complete power In the kitchen and in the back bedroom. John Anello is a really nice guy who knows His stuff. It was a very complex problem to solve, and they worked diligently for hours in an attempt to find the source of the problem. We were very satisfied with the level of knowledge and skill the workers brought to the job, and felt that the cost for the project was commensurate with the amount of work required.
