Service call scheduled in a reasonable amount of time, the tech was very thorough and explained the function of the new opener we had installed. I can't believe how quiet it is! Ricky cleaned up the area when he was finished. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
Ricky E John was absolutely amazing! He came to two different locations in one day to help us out and immediately worked to mitigate the issues on the spot. He explained everything clearly every step of the way and was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. What impressed us most was the transparency. Both John and the person who originally helped schedule our appointment were upfront about our options and never made us feel pressured. In the end, we actually got a much better deal using Overhead Door compared with the other quotes we received. Excellent service, great communication, fair pricing, and an overall great experience. I would absolutely recommend John and Overhead Door!
John S My experience with Overhead Door company started with my interaction with Carl, who came over my house to help me choose the right garage door. Carl was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. I closed the deal after visiting their showroom. They had a great selection of doors to choose from with multiple options and fair prices compared to Home Depot. Today, Ricky (technician) was over to install the doors. Ricky was very thorough and did a great job! One of the doors needed to be adjusted due to the ground not being level, so Ricky prepared the door in his office and made final adjustments once installed. Ricky was a true professional who was also very knowledgeable and accommodating considering the uneven door opening. I am happy that I made the choice to purchase my garage doors from Overhead Door Company and would highly recommend them. UPDATE: One of my doors was damaged by a vehicle, so I had to replace the door. Carl was able to come out very quickly and I decided it would be better to replace the door. Ricky was here this morning and did a great job swapping out the garage door. I would highly recommend Overhead Door.
Ricky E John arrived on time, with the necessary parts, replaced broken spring, lubricated all parts, checked operation and explained future care of the door.
