Cesar and Joseph came to my luxury condo and installed a light fixture. They were well mannered , diligent and did an excellent job. They were also very neat and went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed flawlessly.
I called Mister Sparky and an electrician came to my house. He did the work just fine and we negotiated on a price for the job which came out to $1417.25 I paid him with a check and I figured that was that. Well, three months later I get a letter from a Ms. Annette Samela saying that the check is worthless and that the company is going to file criminal charges against me if I don't pay the full amount plus $50 extra. I called my bank, Chase. They could not find any records that the check was ever cashed out. When I called their customer service line, the representative from Mister Sparky said that she could not find any record that the check was ever cashed out either. I then called again to speak to a supervisor, a man by the name of Robert. They would not give me his last name. I called several times and I never got a call back. I called Samela Annette but when you call her, it automatically hangs up. Finally I went online and paid the originally amount online and canceled the check. If this company decides to go after me for a lousy 50 dollars, I am ready for them. I have documentation from the bank stating that on the date that the work was done, there was indeed sufficient funds to pay the bill. Currently I am in talks with a lawyer to see if I need to counter sue the company. Please, if you need electrical work done on your house, do not use the company

Cesar was prompt and friendly, made sure we were both on the same page and that I understood exactly what he was doing. He cleaned everything up when he finished and took the trash out with him. I highly recommend Cesar and Sparky.
