I have nothing but good things to say about Ainsley's so far. They were the only company that was able to help When our furnace passed away unexpectedly, in January of course. We naturally called the (well know) company that installed it. First they said they would have their technician call be back within the hour. When I called back 2 hours later, (now in the afternoon) they said they could send a technician out in 2 days (a friday) at the end of the day. Not wanting to freeze or get a hotel for 2 days + possibly through the weekend at that point before they could fix it. looking at reviews we called Ainsley's. They were able to send someone out within the hour. Shawn was very professional, talked me through what was wrong and the possible options of fixing vs replacement. He also searched for and found the cause. The intake and outtake were installed too closely together when the other company installed the furnace. This caused it to choke itself out on it's own fumes and corrode it's secondary air exchanger. It was reading >3000ppm of carbon monoxide and 12% natural gas which, thankfully, was still blowing out of the house. I remember the other company also had to send out a second technician to fix the exhaust pipe which was clogged with water condensation and (ironically) choking out our furnace from day one. Two sets of technicians from the other company didn't notice or didn't correct it. Shawn was able to figure out what was wrong before even walking around the house to look. He also said he would try to submit it for the warranty but the manufacturer typically doesn't honor the warranty if it is installed improperly. Jordan, one of the sales managers was able to visit within an hour of Shawn signing our furnace's death certificate. Jordan was very knowledgeable about all of the options and got us a variety of quotes, included warranties, 24/7 service, a military discount which is always appreciated!, and got us on for the install on Friday. He is even dropping off some space heaters tomorrow morning to get us through the day. I'm as happy as one can be with the unexpected experience and I will post an update after the Install. The Install went well, everyone was very professional and they corrected the error caused by the other company. They even put in new breakers and a whole house power surge protector in the box. They checked everything, set everything up, showed me how to program the thermostat and link it to my phone & google home. Everything was going well until I noticed a caution sign on my thermostat. The heat and furnace still worked but the AC wasn't communicating. They gave me instructions on how to reset it to see if it was a simple fix. When that didn't work, Ainsley sent Matt out the same day to check it out. He was very professional, diagnosed the issue, and ordered new control boards for us. I am kind of concerned about the AC unit since we got it in January and had the issue was the very beginning April. That doesn’t have anything to do with Ainsley & the unit we chose was highly raited. We had only used it a couple of times, mostly for the humidity, but there is a 25 year warranty on it. It is getting fixed as soon as the part comes in.
Excellent technician. Kind, knowledgeable, personable. Answered all my questions, set us up for further services needed while there, even waited in his truck for 30 minutes plus because we were late getting home. Very kind young man. Service was excellent

I was so grateful for Tim and Brad today ...they checked both my furnace and air conditioner and answered my questions...very professional efficient and knowledgeable technicians ...appreciate their help ...Barb W
Brad Davis Jacab Guthrie was the tech which is not on your pic list but he was very polite and answered ever question with both the outside and inside units. Will call again and recommend your services to others . Thanks for the very quick response...
