AirCo Tech Loy provided exceptional customer service in the diagnosis, repair and coordinating with my home warranty company for repairs to my toilet. Had to pull it up.. I had preventive maintenance done on my A/C today by technician Alberto Martinez. He was very professional, informative and got the job done in a timely manner. Thank You, Alberto Once again I give AirCo a 5 star review. Michael Nash was my technician. He introduced himself and had his PPE on. He explained what was all involved in the heating maintenance be performed. Once he completed the maintenance he went over his findings and also had a couple recommendations which I do appreciate. Currently I'm not able to take on anything more financially but will certainly consider it in the future. Thank you Michael Nash! Thank you AirCo! Two thumbs up for Ricardo Mercado! He was my AirCo technician today. He performed the preventative maintenance on my A/C unit. Ricardo has been my technician before and once again did a very thorough job. He asked if I had any questions for him and wrote his recommendations down. Thank you Ricardo and AirCo! AirCo tech Chris Angon performed maintenance on my heating unit today. Chris is very knowledgeable about his job and the unit. He offered his recommendations which I will be doing in the future. I must say that Chris is one of the most polite persons I've ever met and did a great job!!! Thank you Chris and AirCo. Brayden Davis was my AirCo Technician today. He did an excellent job!!! He was very informative about what services he was performing, the results he got, and recommended a couple services for me to consider getting done. Thank you Brayden for a job well done Thank you AirCo. AirCo Technicians Zachary McNatt and Christopher Wimett get 's for the air duct cleaning they performed at my home. They were very professional, friendly, and asked if I had questions about anything they were doing. Great job! Thanks to all!
They kept their word and made it out today. They were able to check out my a/c issue. The technician Micaiah was friendly and efficient. He found the problem and ordered the part. I was very impressed!

Installed HVAC Jose & David were awesome! David picked up the bricks around the old pad outside then placed them back around the new pad. He set them into the ground like they should have been done originally! How thoughtful! Jose put the new unit inside and explained what I needed to know. He explained how the thermostat was set up and how to change the settings. The inside of the closet and floor was vacuumed, plus the floor was protected before work was started. Jose & David were friendly and professional. They did a very good job of installing my unit both inside and out. I honestly could not be any happier with the entire process from Valarie to Brian to Jose and David.
