Robert inspected our 2 year old Rheem water and unmediately diagnosed the issue with the pilot light not staying lighted. He said he could order the replacement part to arrive tomorrow for $975. That’s more than the water heater cost us. Not Robert’s fault but I hold Rheem 100% responsible for substandard water heater, worst customer service for 10+ days and I will never buy ANYTHING affiliated with Rheem or Home Depot again. Funny Home Depot only sells Rheem hot water heaters. #UNKNOWN# I will however highly recommend Air Co to anyone who needs a top notch plumber! And suggest they ask for Robert!
