Josh, Alex and Murat did a wonderful job installing a new ceiling fan, sensor lights, kitchen pendant lights, and updating numerous outlets. They were so polite, cleaned up and worked diligently. I recommend them highly. It was easy to book an appointment, and they showed up on time. I am so appreciative.

Good, professional work. Having not contacted anyone else, I was a little surprised at the price which was for labor only. I supplied the parts. Perhaps the price was fair, I just didn't have anything to compare it with.

I explained to Layla the services I needed; new exterior recessed lighting; two new interior outlets; and a camera system. She was able to dispatch an electrician within two hours of my call. Not only was that highly impressive, but when Murad arrived, he went above and beyond to start the work so it wouldn’t interfere with the general construction. In my experience with other contractors, the first visit is to assess the work, and then schedule a date for the installation. Marie, who assisted with some of the work, was also very nice, quick, and worked neatly. Furthermore, Murad had another electrician, Ben, to assist with the installation of multiple cameras for the exterior. Ben is also a great asset. Murad and Ben worked very nicely with each other, and should I need further electrical work, I would request either one of them. I also found it impressive that Red Star performs pre-employment background screening.

Steve was just at my home and they were great. Gave me a quote up front, performed the work quickly and they were both really friendly. Installed 2 motion lights (in the rain) and repaired a broken outlet inside my home. This is the second time they have done work in my home and I highly recommend them. Excellent company and great work.
Red Star staff are on the money. From Raffel, the onsite person and Steven, the offsite manager, they make the project work.. Timely calls, detail explanations and excellent customer interactions are the reasons why I will use Red Star in the future. Of course, as a consumer looking for a bargain, I thought the price was high... But quality work costs and it was worth it..
Went above and beyond to fix and replace shoddy wiring and lighting switch and installed light. Was professional and worked quickly. Only complaint was that prices were a little steep.

This was a pretty easy job with an easy-to-assemble fan. Red Star was able to book this within a few days. I received a text message confirmation asking me to download an app (seriously?) The electrician was on time, professional, and finished in less than an hour. The only glitch was that the name of the electrician was different than the name provided in the text message. While I felt that the price was a wee bit high given the simplicity of the job, I was glad for the quick & professional service. The fact that there was no haggling or negotiations was a plus.
Went well. Our job was a bit complicated and the electricians were friendly and keen on doing a great job. Steve is the consummate professional and makes customers feel like they are in good hands. His prices are fair given the high level of service he provides. Steve seems to strive for excellence and perfection and we appreciated that. We'll likely make Red Star our "go to" firm.
