From start to finish Red Star Electric was very easy to work with. Our electrician Murad, was very knowledgeable, informative, efficient and extremely pleasant to deal with. I would use Red Star Electric again, requesting Murad of course!
The folks at Red Star were very responsive and did excellent work. Murad and the others were knowledgeable and friendly. They didn't hesitate to get into our tight crawlspace and do the necessary work, and were able to knock out the whole job (replacing the entire service line, relocating the meter, and moving and replacing the panel) in a day. We would definitely recommend them.
The line was run for a new hot tub, they did a lot of work and the price quoted was the price charged. It wasn't inexpensive, but no electrician is. But they were accurate, did good work, arrived when they said they would, and finished the job in a timely manner. You can't ask for more.

From the very first call to schedule an appointment, everything was seamless and professional. Our technician, Alex Rodriguez, along with his assistant Kieran, were absolutely outstanding. They arrived on time, were incredibly respectful of our home, and maintained a professional yet friendly demeanor throughout the entire process. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what needed to be done, and both he and Kieran worked efficiently and neatly. It’s rare these days to find a team that checks all the boxes! Friendly, skilled, respectful, and detail-oriented, but Redstar Electric delivered just that. I've used Red Star Electric several times over the past few years. This week, Josh came over to install a new ceiling fan, checked on status of attic fan, adjusted its thermostat, updated some outlets for me and installed a new spotlight fixture outside. He was on time, courteous, explained clearly what he was doing, gave me an estimate and cleaned up after he was done. He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Red Star Electric and Josh. Good, professional work. Having not contacted anyone else, I was a little surprised at the price which was for labor only. I supplied the parts. Perhaps the price was fair, I just didn't have anything to compare it with.

I explained to Layla the services I needed; new exterior recessed lighting; two new interior outlets; and a camera system. She was able to dispatch an electrician within two hours of my call. Not only was that highly impressive, but when Murad arrived, he went above and beyond to start the work so it wouldn’t interfere with the general construction. In my experience with other contractors, the first visit is to assess the work, and then schedule a date for the installation. Marie, who assisted with some of the work, was also very nice, quick, and worked neatly. Furthermore, Murad had another electrician, Ben, to assist with the installation of multiple cameras for the exterior. Ben is also a great asset. Murad and Ben worked very nicely with each other, and should I need further electrical work, I would request either one of them. I also found it impressive that Red Star performs pre-employment background screening.

Steve was just at my home and they were great. Gave me a quote up front, performed the work quickly and they were both really friendly. Installed 2 motion lights (in the rain) and repaired a broken outlet inside my home. This is the second time they have done work in my home and I highly recommend them. Excellent company and great work.
Red Star staff are on the money. From Raffel, the onsite person and Steven, the offsite manager, they make the project work.. Timely calls, detail explanations and excellent customer interactions are the reasons why I will use Red Star in the future. Of course, as a consumer looking for a bargain, I thought the price was high... But quality work costs and it was worth it..
Went above and beyond to fix and replace shoddy wiring and lighting switch and installed light. Was professional and worked quickly. Only complaint was that prices were a little steep.

This was a pretty easy job with an easy-to-assemble fan. Red Star was able to book this within a few days. I received a text message confirmation asking me to download an app (seriously?) The electrician was on time, professional, and finished in less than an hour. The only glitch was that the name of the electrician was different than the name provided in the text message. While I felt that the price was a wee bit high given the simplicity of the job, I was glad for the quick & professional service. The fact that there was no haggling or negotiations was a plus.
Went well. Our job was a bit complicated and the electricians were friendly and keen on doing a great job. Steve is the consummate professional and makes customers feel like they are in good hands. His prices are fair given the high level of service he provides. Steve seems to strive for excellence and perfection and we appreciated that. We'll likely make Red Star our "go to" firm.
