Spencer and Corey were incredibly helpful in diagnosing my problem and transparent in talking me through the best options for my situation and replacement. Thankful they turned out to be more more helpful than my home warranty company!!!

We need a new thermostat installed and maintenance done to our AC unit. Spencer was very knowledgable and friendly. Showing up on a holiday weekend in a moment's notice is a true sign of professionalism. I feel like we made a friend during the process. I have no doubt that he will do well and represent the company. We have been with Autumn Air for over 5 years and they always go beyond our expectations.

The tech did not arrive within the timeframe given. He was very accurate with the issue of my AC unit, told me it would take months to have someone come out to repair, but failed to put in notes or report to my home warranty, and the next day, he left for vacation. So now I am still awaiting a ETA on repairs because the company cant get in touch with him, and I am in a home with a toddler with no AC. Update: I did receive a phone call soon after this post and it cleared up my situation ALOT! Thanks for that! Updating from 2 stars to 4!!
