They were courteous and worked quickly to replace our old garbage disposal unit with one I purchased. Great job. I also hired Dartagnan Drahman through Dean's to replace the water heater. He was courteous too and wasn't pushy. When I mentioned that I had another water heater (for use in the garage for a later project) he was able to give me a quote on replacing it with that and was able to do it the same day! (Old water heater had rust in its pan and had given over a decade of service.)

This plumber was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! NEVER have I seen a repairman, plumber , etc be so Thorough. He did an absolutely wonderful job. He worked so hard until the job was perfect. He was very kind, considerate. Deans Plumbing is the ABSOLUTE BEST

We moved into a new house and the water pressure in our master bathroom and kitchen were in need of something. We called and the next day, we had the problem diagnosed and fixed. Super thankful for the guys who came over and walked me through everything and then fixed the issues with the water softener and the old fixtures. Highly recommend.

Noah and John were outstanding!! They are the reason the water turned on today after being off for over 10 years!!! Do not judge the disarray we are just getting started. We have some temporary facilities in place and a great plan for expand water to parts of the building that havent had it in forever. They are also registered with the City of Dayton which was a requirement for us since our water blew years ago and had been turned off at the main. This was a major step for our progress and this is the 2nd time weve used Deans. They are by far our plumber of choice moving forward. A+++++
