The technician was courteous, professional, efficient, and concerned about not tracking dirt into my home. He was able to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment and was able to prevent a serious water damage issue. Dean's will now be my go-to plumber.
Noah and John were outstanding!! They are the reason the water turned on today after being off for over 10 years!!! Do not judge the disarray we are just getting started. We have some temporary facilities in place and a great plan for expand water to parts of the building that havent had it in forever. They are also registered with the City of Dayton which was a requirement for us since our water blew years ago and had been turned off at the main. This was a major step for our progress and this is the 2nd time weve used Deans. They are by far our plumber of choice moving forward. A+++++
