Travis Terrell did a very good job. They made modifications to properly secure our new pedestal sink. We are very satisfied with his work. He was courteous and conscientious.
Very prompt, professional service! Dartagnan and Luke were quick to diagnose and fix our tankless water heater issue then went ahead and did maintenance (descaling) work when I asked if they could do that. They could’ve decided that it will have to be done another day because I didn’t ask for that when I called. I think that would’ve cost me another service fee, but because they did it, I didn’t have to pay for another trip. I’m happy with their troubleshooting and maintenance work and will use Dean’s Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.
Very good and explained in detail what the problem was in the drain. Cleaned up the area very good considering the mess that was made unclogging the drain. Would use again since it was same day service.
This is the second time Chris has been out (no fault of his) for our disposal clog. Both time he explained clearly what the problem was and the estimate to fix was what we paid.

The technician was courteous, professional, efficient, and concerned about not tracking dirt into my home. He was able to arrive earlier than the scheduled appointment and was able to prevent a serious water damage issue. Dean's will now be my go-to plumber.
Noah and John were outstanding!! They are the reason the water turned on today after being off for over 10 years!!! Do not judge the disarray we are just getting started. We have some temporary facilities in place and a great plan for expand water to parts of the building that havent had it in forever. They are also registered with the City of Dayton which was a requirement for us since our water blew years ago and had been turned off at the main. This was a major step for our progress and this is the 2nd time weve used Deans. They are by far our plumber of choice moving forward. A+++++
