Update April 2025. Had to call Dean's out again. This time for a broken outdoor spigot. Ryan was fantastic. Offered a few solutions with advice. Got the work done quickly with minimal mess and interruption to our day. Thank you Ryan! Scheduling was easy and Amy was very helpful and willing to get answers if she didn't already know them. As promised, I received a phone call 20 minutes before the technician's arrival. Matt arrived about 5 minutes before the appointed time. Matt listened to my concerns. Confidently explained what needed to be done, and provided a quote that matched the quote Amy had given me. Our plumbing is almost 60 years old and over the years different things had been done to route the water for various purposes. As such we had a lot of excess pipe for a long removed water softener. As part of the replacement of the water shut off valve Matt removed all the excess pipe. I can't answer the "good value" question. I don't know plumbing. I do know that there is always someone less expensive, and sometimes they are really good at what they do, but sometimes they aren't. With Dean's I feel confident that even if someone could have done it for less they would not have done it better. The job is done correctly and professionally and I am really happy with the results. I chose Dean's because they have a great reputation in the community, they are insured, and their techs are qualified. I'll be calling on Dean's in the future and I'll be asking for Matt Poynter.
Did a beautiful job installing a faucett, reinstallling garbage disposal, and placing a new shut off valve. Then came back out free of charge and turned on valve after counter top installers turned valve off. Thank you so much!!!

Noah and John were outstanding!! They are the reason the water turned on today after being off for over 10 years!!! Do not judge the disarray we are just getting started. We have some temporary facilities in place and a great plan for expand water to parts of the building that havent had it in forever. They are also registered with the City of Dayton which was a requirement for us since our water blew years ago and had been turned off at the main. This was a major step for our progress and this is the 2nd time weve used Deans. They are by far our plumber of choice moving forward. A+++++
