They were courteous and worked quickly to replace our old garbage disposal unit with one I purchased. Great job. I also hired Dartagnan Drahman through Dean's to replace the water heater. He was courteous too and wasn't pushy. When I mentioned that I had another water heater (for use in the garage for a later project) he was able to give me a quote on replacing it with that and was able to do it the same day! (Old water heater had rust in its pan and had given over a decade of service.) ================================================= Update: Water heater was leaking and it was serviced by Travis Terrell. He did a great job. The water heater was covered under warranty and Dean's stood by their installation and will reinstall the new one without cost. Thank you Dean's Plumbing!

Noah and John were outstanding!! They are the reason the water turned on today after being off for over 10 years!!! Do not judge the disarray we are just getting started. We have some temporary facilities in place and a great plan for expand water to parts of the building that havent had it in forever. They are also registered with the City of Dayton which was a requirement for us since our water blew years ago and had been turned off at the main. This was a major step for our progress and this is the 2nd time weve used Deans. They are by far our plumber of choice moving forward. A+++++
