Ongaro and Sons team was prompt, courteous, and very responsive. They were very helpful with my elderly mother and me, and we are both now fans. Damian was excellent as the lead technician and was even able to find a way to reduce the cost from the original estimate for the new outlet and upgraded lighting in kitchen in mid-March. On a second project on April 1st, Ongaro, again led by Damian, installed a new electrical subpanel in the garage off an old outdoor panel (outdoor panel was too close to gas meter to re-do). Also installed GFIs in the kitchen. Mom’s townhome is now safe and up to code! Thanks, Ongaro team!!!

My step-mom’s 30-year old water heater broke. I called Ongaro and they found a technician to come out the very next day. We discussed options and it was replaced the following day. I have used Ongaro for many repairs and they always let you know when they are coming and give an update. They respect your time.

Douglas Chris Perez was the tech. He did a very thorough job and finally discovered the issue, a GFI hidden behind a storage cabinet. As a result, we went thru the house, and I documented all the GFI's, so this won't happen in the future.
His name was Jeffrey. He arrived promptly, was very professional and got the job done. We have been using Ongaro & Sons for 2 years and they are always very good. Highly recommend.

Douglas Ongaro and Sons replaced our furnace which had died over Christmas. All the technicians were on time, courteous and explained what they had to do efficiently. We had a couple minor issues after the installation and they were very responsive to make the corrections needed to have us 100% satisfied. I can honestly highly recommend this family business.
