John was amazing! Very knowledgeable about our oven and gave us lots of info on possible problems and solutions . Very kind and friendly. He also remembered coming to our house for previous oven repair and said the new problem was related. He gave me lots of options and was very honest. He also prevented a fire as my oven was shorting out. So thankful he found the problem. He even prayed with me before he left. I would recommend him to everyone!! Great guy.

John Tyler was my tech. My ice maker was leaking in 2 places. He isolated the problem, showed me why it was leaking, and told me the part needed to be ordered. This was on a Wednesday, the office called on that Friday stating the part was in. Set up an appointment for Monday; Tyler came & installed the ice maker; works great! I appreciate prompt service & knowledge of Tyler. I would definitely use your services again should the need arise
