Stephen was very professional. He seemingly knew what the issue was before he diagnosed the problem. Once diagnosed, it was exactly what he said. He explained every part of the job and showed us every problem we were experiencing. Very respectful and service oriented young man. I would definitely request Stephen again should the need arise again.
This is my second project with Bluefrog and I'm equally as pleased with this last endeavor. Abbi was AWESOME!!! She was punctual, personable, and knowledgeable!!! She found an additional issue with my plumbing, explained it to me and corrected it flawlessly!!! We used blue frog home services for our remodel Als for the plumbing in our technician Blaine was rude if he came come batten when we question him about the work he was doing and nothing they did was up to code and we had them out prior to sneak out a sewer line they couldnt even do the job right I definitely dont recommend blue frog Why are you began to argue with me and my father the homeowner while on site he would leave for Parts and be gone for hours and show up 6 1/2 hours later and sometimes show up late to the job

Blue Frog installed a tankless water heater in our home last year. The heater gave us many problems, but the company removed it and reinstalled a new unit. Since that, we have not had any problems with this water heater. Today, we had our first annual descaling and system check. The technician was very professional and polite.
