Scott showed up quicker than I thought someone would. He had the wrong address and I came out and directed him over. He assessed the cable and started to work on it immediately. He was polite and listened to what I had told him happened. He made sure it worked well before he left. He didn't leave a mess or anything. I would recommend him if someone were to ask.
I called first thing in the morning they said they'd have a guy out mid-morning within 35-40 minutes he was there probably 25 minutes later door was working like a charm. Thank you again for your special service kind regards Tim O'Connor.
Great company. Called them and left a message while they were closed over the weekend. Got a callback shortly after they opened on Monday and within two hours max the technician was here to fix the garage door. Fast response, fixed the issue, was nice. Door works great. Will definitely use them again.
Appreciated the fact that I called and was scheduled for the very next day. Also appreciated that the tech made sure all parts of the garage door and opener were in good working order, even though we were just replacing a couple of rusted tracks. It was nice to not have someone try to upsell us.
