I’ve used Lloyds before and had a GREAT experience so called them for our recent combi-boiler issue. Ethan came and he was fantastic! Excellent communicator, clear understanding of what the issues were, what was needed and quoted me immediately. Warranty from Manufacturer was contacted and covered a portion of the work. Parts overnight delivered so Ethan could come back just 3 days later (includes the weekend) fixed us and was so pleasant to work with. He was clean, used shoe covers (it’s mud season) and was so helpful with tips to avoid any future issues. Lloyds dispatch and scheduler was so nice and accommodating and the emailed me, texted me and sent a reminder and phone call making sure I was completely aware of what was going on. This was an exceptional experience! I will not put my business anywhere else again and they have a wide variety of skills and services for all our needs. I also got a membership for maintenance in the future. Thank you so much for being so great!
