Great service by technician. Difficult to schedule with unhelpful AI assistant. Once a real person connected it went well. Very pleased with Roman. I have used them several times. Always great.
Oct-Nov 2025: We again requested Amy to troubleshoot our new plumbing issues, and she went above and beyond, yet again. Amy diagnosed the source of the problem and phoned the vendor support desk to find the correct replacement part; when they shipped the wrong part, anyway, Amy championed a return and refund of both part and shipping costs. She worked persistently with the vendor to identify and order the correct replacement part for our 16-year-old fixture, and accommodated our travel schedule to ensure installation date was convenient for us. On site, Amy is skilled and efficient, knowledgeable and open to explaining everything to us as it happens, in a personable and friendly manner. Bottom line: we are delighted to have Amy handle all our plumbing needs. August 2025: Garrett (HVAC) checked our furnace after the historic sewage backup event in Glendale. [The company that installed the NEW furnace (in March!) refused to even look at it, insisting that it could not be safely run, despite the facts: the unit (including fan) was turned completely off before water reached it, and water level inside did not exceed 2.5" inches.] Garrett confirmed no water reached circuit board or breached fan housing, and he showed us where to focus our efforts to sanitize. Then we'll be good to go! Garrett is our new HVAC guy, and Roman is now our home service company. 2023(?): Amy is our plumber of choice. She is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She installed new kitchen faucets last year. This time, we had a toilet that wouldn't stop running, which she fixed quickly and efficiently. In addition, she consulted on other questions we had, and may end up putting a filter at our water inlet to capture sediment coming in from city water. We are very very pleased.

Appreciate their professionalism and hard work replacing and installing air-conditioning unit and electrical work. Was good experience.
