Words cannot express my appreciation to MA Restoration, apart from going above and beyond what the job required, to giving advice on other projects and explaining what your rights are when dealing with insurance companies. I am extremely pleased with the job they did on my kitchen you can't tell that apart of the roof was gone and I wanted to thank everyone involved in the restoration like Steve, Chris and Israel, there were others involved but their names eludes me at the moment.
A pipe burst in my porch, and MA Restoration was excellent. Steve, Chris, Sarah, Tuyen, and the team communicated every step of the way and made the process easily manageable. Highly recommend.
The communication from start to finish with MA Restoration has been fantastic. From my first call with Brian to meeting the project team (Bill, Larry, Elijah) and all the subcontractors has been outstanding. It is unbelieve that 2 machines (Elijah/Larry) can come in and remove a 40 ft deck in 1 business day. Not only did they work at warp speed, but they also meticulously stacked the debris in the dumpster which allowed for max use of the available space. They both took extra time to entertain my 8 year old german shepherd who became incredibly fond of them. The cleanliness /quality of work and respect they showed not only me, but my family was noticed and appreciated. I would damage my own walls to hang out with this team again. After our new washing machine overflowed and had water from 2nd floor to basement. Conner and his team (Jacob x 2 and Francis) arrived by 7pm and left when they were done (midnight). Kept checking on progress over next couple of days. They were all very professional and courteous as we went through this process. Thank very much.

Very thorough in updating our bathroom. This is our second project with them and they take care of it all from subfloors to installing towel bars. Would recommend!
