After a difficult experience elsewhere, their team stepped in and provided everything I had hoped for—clear scheduling, a dedicated point of contact, defined expectations, and a detailed scope of work. Their professionalism stood out from day one. While the project did take a bit longer than expected, they were upfront and transparent about the timeline, setting realistic expectations throughout. Project Manager, Bill was incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help, while Denis worked behind the scenes to make sure everything got approved and pushed forward smoothly. Every technician who came through was courteous, communicative, and executed their tasks with precision. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Overall it was a wonderful experience. It’s very traumatic having an emergency and damage in your home and they made it much more worrisome and were incredibly responsible and professional. Manny really wanted to make sure we were happy with the work and didn’t have any questions. His attention to detail was incredible.
I have worked with MA Restoration in the past and when I had a recent water main break in my home they were able to come immediately and clean up the basement. The men were very professional and took all precautions to prevent any possible contamination. It was a very nasty job , but they did it without a complaint and reassured me it was going to get done. I am very thankful for the men that went above and beyond to help me in a time of need . I would definitely recommend MA Restoration and the men working for them for any project you need .

Update 4/26: Just had some more work done by MA restoration! (This is our third time using them.) This time they fixed a weird door situation in our house (they had to reframe it). Steve and the crew were awesome figuring out what was wrong and fixing everything super quick. Also it was in a closet and I forgot how thoroughly they protect everything from dust and debris. Love MA Restoration! ______ We initially found MA Restoration several years ago through an insurance appraisal for some severe water damage. We are so lucky to have found them - we've used them for that and other unrelated jobs since including one that completed last week! They do an amazing job from start to finish, have great attention to detail, and do a great job setting up and cleaning up. They are the cleanest contractors we have ever dealt with! I love that they do multiple internal inspections of the work to make sure everything meets their standards so you know that everything will be done right. We will definitely continue to use them in the future.
After a storm ripped shingles from my rood and caused water damage to several areas of my home, I didn't know where to even start looking to get the repairs. MA Restoration took care of everything. They did a fantastic job and was really easy to work with. They helped me work with my insirance company to make sure everything that I needed was covered, which was a HUGE help and relieved a lot of anxiety. All of the people who worked on the house- the roofers, plasterers, and painters, were respectful, great at their jobs, and left the house clean. All of the floors, and areas that were not being repairs were always covered and protected from dust and damage, they were good wth my crazy dog, worked with me on times, and always showed up when thye said thye would. I would highly recommend MA Restoration for any job.
M.A. Restoration helped us remediate a water leak that caused mold in our kitchen and then restored/renovated the kitchen. They were always helpful and professional, and we are very happy with our "new" kitchen!
John & Joe are hard workers who were efficient and focused on doing the job well. Larry & Raphael were kind, helpful and did great work. I appreciate all the hard work done to get my kitchen and basement functioning and looking better than before the flood.
We had a pipe break in the ceiling due to poor repairs from the previous owner. We called M.A. Restoration. They came out immediately and heled us get a plumber that day for the initial repair so we could get the water back on. The estimator, Chris, walked us through the whole process and quickly got insurance engaged. They were amazing through the whole process of getting our house back to normal. The job super (Bill) was very responsive and quickly resolved any issues we had with any of the subcontractors. The guys who work directly for M.A.R. were awesome, particularly Gabe, Justin, Elijah, and Tim. I hope to never need them again, but if I do, they will be my first phone call.
Steve did an excellent job repairing drywall from a previous plumbing leak. I can’t even tell where it was! He also sprayed for mold where we had the leak. Steve was prompt, courteous & professional. I would highly recommend MA Restoration!

I would highly recommend MA Restoration! In August 2023 we came home from vacation to pike burst in our basement. We have a split entry so this means one entire part of our house was now destroyed including my home office, bathroom, downstairs, and downstairs living room. Chris and Tim, responded to my husband right away and worked closely with my husband and our insurance to make sure repairs would be covered. Bill was our project manager. He was awesome coordinating the plumbers, electricians, smoothing things over with the building and electrical inspectors when we hit some major complications, organized the builders, painters, etc. Our basement had to be demo'd, mold remediation, rebuilt, and finished. Bill made sure we knew exactly who would be coming to the house on which days and the tasks they would be accomplishing. Julio and his demo team were fast and efficient taking everything apart. Larry was at our home almost daily working on the project. He demonstrated the utmost professionalism and expertise. The bathroom shower looks amazing, the drop ceiling came out great, he filled the random holes in the floor, and everything looks wonderful. Larry made sure to walk me through tasks that he had worked on during the day and took the time to explain any issues he may have come across offer very helpful suggestions. I highly recommend Larry for any project in your home! I would highly recommend this company if you have any repairs to your home or are looking to revamp things! We are so pleased and you all made this project very easy for us!
We had some minor water damage on our hardwood floors and Chris negotiated with our insurance company on a fair settlement and accommodated or request to refinish the floors while we were out of town. Our project manager Steve and his amazing team moved all of the furniture on our first floor ( including all of the appliances ) into our garage. They not only refinished the floors, but painted all of the baseboard, too. Everything was put back in their place after our return. Professional staff with attention to every detail!
