Huge thanks to Michael Hafty and the team at MA Restoration. We had water damage on our garage ceiling from a loose shower drain in the bathroom above, and they handled the whole thing from start to finish. They opened up the ceiling to assess the damage, ran dehumidifiers to fully dry it out, treated everything with anti-mold, then resealed, plastered, and repainted the garage so it matches the original look. You genuinely can't tell anything happened. The crew was professional, communicated well throughout, and the finish work is excellent. Highly recommend them if you're dealing with water damage.
I found the gentleman Larry, Gabrieiie , Isaiah, to be very informative & knowledgeable individuals. I felt very confident that what ever task they were working on would be completed on time &correctly. They were good communicator's & kept me well informed of what was completed ,and what was next. I was very comfortable with their suggestions

We used MA restoration after having damage from ice dams and they made a very stressful situation much easier! Tim was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful getting us setup and walking through the process, and his team took extra care protecting our home during demo. They also worked directly with insurance making it much easier on our end! Great service and great team!
I had a fantastic experience with MA Restoration starting with the flood clean up to the reconstruction of my kitchen, bathroom and basement. They were all professional, quick to respond to questions, flexible with my schedule, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the restoration/rebuilding process. Brian, Steve and the MA Renovation team did an awesome job on our floor, kitchen and bathroom renovation. We had accidental flooding that ruined our floors on the main floor. The company at fault and the insurance company offered a small payout. Brian was able to work with the insurance company on getting us a much larger settlement and allowing us to address the full problem area. We also added on additional work and renovated our entire guest bathroom and painted our kitchen cabinets. Steve his team were always friendly and easy to communicate with over phone or text. They coordinated with the contractors for the paint, plumbing and flooring and everyone they brought in was great. The work turned out beautifully and we’re glad we took the extra time to work with a company that would do things the right way after the damage that occurred.
