After responding within minutes to my call about water that was seeping through the carpet in my home office, they discovered a pinhole leak in one of my baseboard heating pipes and moved immediately to mitigate the situation. MA Restoration just finished their work for us after we had a flood in our finished basement caused by a broken pipe. They did all facets of the flood cleanup and repair work, including dealing with the insurance company, which was a lot of back and forth. Chris and Steve both communicated regularly, and all the workers who came through were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They recommended great vendors for flooring and carpet, making that part seamless. Despite being a long process because of insurance headaches, it was really easy to work with them through this ordeal. I would definitely recommend MA Restoration. We are so grateful for their commitment to professionalism!
