My whole electrical panel in my house burned out on Good Friday, and I had no power anywhere in the house. I called a number of places and they all said they could come out Tuesday! I called Potts, and they said, yes they could send someone after he was done on the current job. Courtney showed up about 45 minutes later, and he was amazing! He spent quite a bit of time sourcing what happened, which amp blew the panel,etc. He ended up staying until almost 11:00pm to get everything safely back installed and running. Cannot recommend them more highly!
We engaged Potts Electric to replace our 30 year old circuit boxes as well as updating light fixtures, switches, outlets, switches and adding mood lighting. Courtney Perkins was our lead electrician. He is a perfectionist to make sure everything was perfect. Very skilled and very professional. A pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Potts Electric and Courtney Perkins.

Richard I've had Potts do several jobs for me. I went with them because their prices and quotes were the most straight forward and reasonable compared to other companies I met with. On a recent job there were some minor issues (which can happen on any job) I reached out to potts with my concerns. The response I got back was flawless and I was very impressed. It was honestly refreshing to see such great customer support in this day and age. They addressed every single one of my issues line by line. They apologized for the occurrence, stated how they would resolve it and stated how they would prevent it from happening again in the future. They then sent a very kind and personable technician named Russel back out to my house who went above and beyond to fix my issues. Overall very impressed with Potts and would recommend them in the future.

Courtney Anthony came out to inspect the auto-shutoff connected to my EV car charger. He walked me through the issues, expressed the safety concerns and was sure to go pick up the parts required and come back to install the new shutoff the same day. Definitely 5 star service and would recommend Potts.
Anthony Preston quoted my jobs and completed the work. Exceptionally thorough in his work and in explaining his plan for problem solving. He also was great at communicating when work would get noisy while my child slept or while I was in a meeting, kept everything clean and cleaned up after himself after finishing.
