Brandon did such a great job! He was incredibly thorough, took his time, and explained everything along the way and when he was done he walked me around to show me all the work he completed. He even checked out a couple of additional outlets I had concerns about once he had loaded up his van. Would definitely recommend Brandon! The only additional feedback I would have to give is there were some issues with Potts and communication around who was actually going to be doing the work today (I was told one thing Friday and then got the text that Brandon was on his way). In the end, I’m so happy with the quality of work Brandon completed today but just wanted to provide the feedback about what had been communicated.
Adam did a great job getting our panel replaced and up to code. Thank you to the office staff for getting with Ameren when they were delaying the job to get it done in a timely fashion. Everything is working great. Best of all our house won’t risk burning down now to the electrical issues.
